    I would like to announce the opening of the first Smart Cents Review Blog Follower Appreciation Drawing. The random drawing will take place once my blog reaches at least 25 followers. I will announce the closing of the drawing at least 24 hours in advance. This means that I will not be able to accept any more entries after the given time.
